Bright double room in a happy home!

Hi, I'm looking for a professional person to rent my spare room on a Monday to Friday basis. It's a good sized double bedroom with a window overlooking the rear garden. It has been freshly decorated and the bed has a new memory foam matress topper so is very comfy :) there is also a new TV in the room.
There is a lounge, separate dining room and newly fitted kitchen which will all be shared, as will the bathroom, although there is also a downstairs toilet and I have a basin in my room, so the bathroom will be all yours in the mornings!
MUST be a dog lover as I have 2! Both are very friendly.
I am a very relaxed and easy going person and my ideal housemate would be similar.
The house is a 5 minute walk to hersham station with direct trains to London Waterloo and Guildford. It's a 10 minute drive to the M25, and a 30 second walk to the bus stop with buses to Kingston.
