We have a single room to rent in the Hersham area. It is a 10-15 min walk to Hersham mainline train station, which on a good day takes 22 min to get into London. We have a small dog and one cat. The House is in good condition through out but I have not put a picture up of the single room as tenant is still in there. This is a family home and our last tenant stayed with us for nearly 3 years so we cant be that bad to live with. Walton high street is a 5 min drive away and the A3 around 10min.
