Single room available in a nice family home.
The room is furnished and the cost includes utility bills and council tax. There is a broadband connection if you are able to pick up a signal.
The living room is private for family use only.
The property has a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. There is a garden to relax in at the back of the property.
Ideally a single female tenant is sought - if you happen to be a Christian that would be even better. I am about to get married so would ideally like to have a tenant move in after the wedding but sooner is possible.
There is currently one male tenant sharing the property.
