I am a maths teacher at Tiffin School with a large master bedroom with ensuite shower available for rent, suitable for an individual or a couple.
The house has overall recently been modernised and has a shared living room and dining room/kitchen, as well as a garden with decking area. The house is on the 71/465/K4 bus route and is a 5/10-minute bus ride from Surbiton for quick access to central London.
I'm looking for an easy-going lodger who is moderately tidy. The house is otherwise unoccupied and given my slightly insane working hours you'll mostly have the house to yourself!
I should note that I have a cat.
I have a PhD in Statistical Linguistics (it's more interesting than it sounds), and have a pretty impressive movie collection available for access with a spare TV/BluRay player in the living room that you are welcome to use (as I have my own).
The monthly rate of £600 is inclusive of all bills: council tax, water, gas/electricity/broadband internet/TV license.
Note that this rate is for 1 occupant and will be adjusted accordingly for a couple.
