Large single room in a detached family home, overlooking garden, We are a relaxed, friendly, flexible family, we have two boys and we are seeking a friendly, responsible & considerate tenant. It is quite residential road about 10 minute walk to the town center, WiFi broadband, own TV. parking in the drive, large secluded garden. Have all the usual mod cons, large kitchen/dining room, We would like a Monday to Friday tenant, or someone on a similar shift pattern or nightshift. We can be flexible if any prospective tenants needs to stay around for occasional weekends. All bills are inclusive. Our interests are cycling walking, films, football, travel and green issues.
