Furnished, large double room available in friendly, recently renovated detached house in North Kingston.

I am currently having a loft conversion done. When this is completed (mid August) there will be a brand new large double bedroom and bathroom available.

In the room there will be a bed, fitted wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers and bedside table.


A bit about me. I’m easy going and relaxed.
I love the theatre and am a member of the Nuffield gym just a few minutes walk away.
I enjoy watching a good box set, gardening, cooking and catching up with friends and family at weekends.

The house is in a great location:

- less than 5 minutes walk to the river and Canbury Park Gardens with the Boaters Inn pub
- approx 7 minutes walk from Kingston train station - direct train to London Waterloo
- 24 hour bus stop (no 65) at the end of the road, with buses going to Richmond (10 mins) and Kingston
- close to Richmond Park

- 3 bathrooms
- lovely spacious kitchen / diner with sofa and bifold doors leading onto the garden

I have 2 children who are very well behaved and in bed by 7pm😊
I’ve had a lodger since they were little and it’s always worked out really well.

I have a regular cleaner and like to keep the house tidy:-)
