I have a large single ground floor room to let, on a ROOM ONLY, MONDAY-FRIDAY and/or temporary basis to a professional employed person, preferably a contractor. You would have sole use of an upstairs bathroom.

The room contains:
- a three ft bed with memory foam mattress
- a built in wardrobe, desk, shelves and and drawers
- hotel-type minifridge and kettle.

There is superfast broadband but no landline available.

All bills except council tax are included, The rent of £550 a month is for a MONDAY-FRIDAY arrangement where you are paying council tax elsewhere, £602 if you need to pay council tax on this property. Use of the washing machine/kitchen and sitting room is subject to discussion.

There is street parking. Kingston station is a 25-minute brisk walk or short bus journey away. You can walk to a gym and the river within 10 minutes. The 65 and 371 bus stops are six/seven minutes away and the half-hourly K5 stops two minutes away.

I am a quiet, retired, social researcher and I volunteer at a local charity . I am looking for a lodger who is looking for a room, not a house share, who would appreciate a quiet household and who is also quiet. You must also observe all Covid rules, as do I.
