Double room for rent in flat above shops about 5 min walk from Kingston Train Station & town centre. Lots of storage, comfy double bed, large table HD TV and own Virgin Media box (XL package no movies or sports)

Not the most welcoming entrance because of the shop but considerably brighter inside! Fixtures and fittings not the most modern but all recently painted, odd jobs to do. Location more than makes up for this.

Shared large front room & kitchen (no dish washer!!). There's an outdoor terrace leading off the Kitchen, with plants, table and chairs. It's a real sun trap!

Shared Bathroom and (seperate) Toilet

rent includes all bills: gas, electric, C tax, HD virgin media and 60mg wi-fi etc

Sharing with a professional. I'm fairly relaxed. Occasional dinner party held. I am a smoker

Not to fussed about who moves in as long as your reasonably relaxed, reasonably intelligent and can clean up after yourself. HOWEVER I am also not prepared to moan at people about house cleaning / washing up! I will however give you notice to quit if nothing is done for a couple of months. With 2 of us it's only 45 mins to an hour each a week to quickly do some house work

Apologies but had some real idiots move in who do nothing! Not even wash up of an evening ... They don't last long

Resident Parking Permit is only available if you car is registered at the flat

Working Mon-Fri so tend to be quiet during the week and I keep it pretty tidy
