Friendly female looking for an easy going male or female to live in large, double room of lovely 3 bedroom flat, located 10 minutes from Richmond Park, a short walk from Kingston town centre and 5 minute walk from Norbiton Station (zone 5). The train to Waterloo takes 25 minutes. Near to the parks, river, Richmond and historical landmarks such as Hampton Court.

You will have your own bathroom.

The bedroom is fully furnished, with a double bed, 2 double wardrobes, 2 large shelf units, bed side tables and small TV if you want it.

Facilities at your disposal to share with me include kitchen (fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine) and living room

About me.....
I love living in Kingston. I am a Teacher and work long hours. I am friendly and sociable and have friends round sometimes but look at my home as my sanctuary and generally like quiet time, so I'd be looking at a flatmate who isn't a party animal! I love music and am into health and fitness.

Who I'd like to live with..
someone who is a non smoker, respectful and very clean and tidy. I have my own group of friends and I like my own space but it would also be nice to live with someone who wants to socialise a bit too!

Room could be let on a Mon-Fri basis too.
