I'm looking for a female professional or student to rent a room to in a house shared with my wife and teenage children.

A good sized, fresh en-suite double bedroom (single bed), plus shared use of kitchen and garden, in a quiet residential road. Utility bills/Council tax and broadband connection included.

A wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bookcase, a table and a LED flat TV are provided in the room.
A single bed with 2 drawers is provided.
It's fully furnished, so you can move straight in.

Share use of the kitchen including a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dish washer but not living room. A dedicated fridge in the kitchen is provided.

Parking place in the drive or street parking on a quiet residential road.

It is about 5 minutes walk to Norbiton BR station and Kingston Hospital and there are bus services a few minutes away that have direct service towards Kingston/Sutton/Wimbledon.
