The room has a double bed, large wardrobe and bed side table. It overlooks the garden at the back of the house. It's a small, cosy room, but the rest of the house makes up for this with a large lounge, large kitchen/dining area, and 3 bathrooms.

The house is in a fantastic location, right next to Richmond park and within reasonable walking distance of the National Rail and Kingston - not to mention the numerous nearby bus connections to Putney, Wimbledon, etc - all of which have 24 hour bus services.

The house mates are currently young professionals and are all very sociable. The current household is 2 guys and 3 girls. The house is kept reasonably tidy and there is plenty of storage space scattered around the house.

Rent is 395 per month and bills are not included. Over the past year, bills have averaged about 30 per person per month, and council tax is 40 per person per month.

Deposit is 1 months rent.

Room is available from 1st June 2012.
