The property is exceptionally well served by transport links with easy access to the over ground station at Kingston which takes just under 25 minutes to get in to the city, Local bus route 65 has a bus stop right at the end of the street heading to Richmond and if required N87 night bus just 10 minutes walk away which goes straight in to London, or there is several buses that go 24/7 in to Heathrow.
Near main high street with many shops, gyms, bars and the local library
A safe family environment and secure area to live in with Richmond Park within easy walking distance the local hospital plus the river Thames

you will be sharing with two hard working professional who work long hours in security (both CRB checked)all week so the house is fairly calm and quiet so unfortunately a party animal wouldn't fit in

brand new bed and bed side table and draws plus a tv all provided for your use
Clean, non-smoking house, (you can smoke outside)

A dedicated parking space is also available for your use
Ideally looking for an animal lover who doesn’t have allergies to pets (we have a cat called Alley)
Room info & Costs
Double room for single occupancy furnished with wood flooring throughout, recently re-decorated and provided with new blinds
Located at the back of the flat so it’s quiet catching the afternoon sun and overlooking the garden
Rent includes all bills (£30 put in a kitty monthly for cleaning materials/toilet rolls etc)
This includes everything from council tax, water, electric, TV license wireless internet which is 60mb cable TV etc
Deposit is required plus one months rent upfront
Rent is due on the 1st of each month
2 months notice required when wanting to move out (unless agreement made before you move in)
Cleaner comes in weekly on a Friday morning (extra charge if you want your own ironing done)

Looking for someone who is a professional with good manners friendly and independent,
In full time employment
students are welcome we are walking distance from Penrhyn road campus or an international student who we would love to show around
we also consider flight attendant/cabin crew/ doctors and nurses budgets
Clean and tidy- who will tidy up there own mess
Respectful of other people's privacy and property
who is looking for a place to call home not just a room
people who understand those that do shift work
