We have a lovely room available in a light, airy, smoke-free home, ready for positive & friendly people. Perfect for someone who’s looking for a sociable flatshare where we respect each other’s privacy, but aren’t strangers and enjoy the odd dinner/walk/escape room/good vibes together. You’ll share with 3 professionals:
- a girl who’s a nurse and loves cooking, Uno and films
- a girl who's an online sales manager and is hooked on Netflix & travelling
- a guy who’s into parkrun, pilates, and fun stuff in London

The room is for 1 person only (sorry, no couples), it is ideal as a homely base or home office for 9-5 professionals, students or anyone looking for a clean, tidy and bright home. We’re situated in one of the safest and most beautiful parts of London, with everything you could possibly need literally on your doorstep!

Small-Double Room - £625 per month/£144 per week:

- double-glazed windows with privacy and cosy blinds

Rent includes broadband, cleaner, council tax and television licence. Gas, electricity and water costs are shared (currently £50 per flatmate per month), but there are also solar panels which help keep the electricity costs under control.

Prefer to do in-person viewings, but virtuals are possible if you’re not in London. Just 1-month's deposit secures a room (subject to referencing & proof of affordability), looking forward to hearing from you!
