I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy agreement for the studio. Weekly rent is 199 pounds, all bills included. The contract is until September, with the option to renew it after that. It is very conveniently located in the heart of Kingston, right in front of the Kingston train station. It is a luxurious and spacious studio room with a double bed, big desk and your own kitchen and bath.

The room is in a privately run student accommodation building called "Greencoat House". There is a social room (with Wii, games, tv and a pool inside; garage outside) and a study room. There is also a laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers.

The room is available straight away.
