I am looking for someone to take over my 1 Double Room for rent, located right in the heart of Kingston.
650 PCM per room includes ALL bills.
Good size double room, big enough to fit a king size bed in, bedside drawers. Features a built in wardrobe and fantastic double windows overlooking the garden and hogsmill river - lots of natural light.
En-suite bathroom with toilet, power shower and sink along with mirrored bathroom cabinet.

A 5 minute walk to to centre of town and train station, this house boasts an excellent location close to all the amenities.

The house has a large reception room, superb kitchen/diner area, with all essential appliances, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dish washer, tumble dryer, electric hobs and plenty of cupboard space.

The kitchen leads out onto a beautiful long garden, with a nice spacious patio area, perfect for summer BBQ's.

There is a communal W/C upstairs along with a main bathroom, with a shower/bath, washing basin and W/C
