Double room to let in Kingston

Hi,

I have a good size double room to let in Kingston. It's just a few minutes walk into the town centre & train station.

There is limited roadside parking as it's residents only permits in force 08. 30am - 18. 30pm Mon-Sat so will probably suit somebody that commutes by public transport rather than drives unless you would be out at work during those times to which the parking would not be a problem.

My home is a detached victorian cottage & the room is fully furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk, tv with freeview (cable tv in lounge) & is decorated in neutral colours.

All bills are included in the rent.

I have pets a house bunny & some budgies so an animal lover is a must! I keep a clean tidy home so would prefer somebody similar.

I am a friendly person & look forward to sharing my home with somebody. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
