Double room in Kingston, halfway between Kingston and Norbiton train stations. Room has double bed and a small built in wardrobe and there is further storage space in the flat. Good sized lounge with a small balcony. Kitchen contains washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. There is off street parking to the rear of the flats. All bills included. Broadband internet but at the moment no Sky or Virgin tv.
I work 4 days a week and study one. Looking for someone who i can get on with ok, occasional conversation.
Can't do pets, allergies etc.
