Perfect location 5 minutes from Kingston station and 10 minutes from Norbiton station.

Single room (at a push you can also get a double in there) available in friendly house share.

The house is fully furnished and consists of a living room, large kitchen, garden (where many barbecues are hosted), bathroom with bath and shower and another downstairs toilet, and four bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipt so there's no need to bring cutlery/plates/cups etc.

There are currently 3 house mates. Henriette, a 28 year old who works in retail administration and loves Eurovision (she's Danish). Chris is 25 but he'll tell you he's 23. He loves all sport and is a passionate Cardiff City supporter (bless). Minty's real name is also Chris but we changed it to avoid confusion in the house. He really is 23 and works as a sound engineer for television.

It's a very social house and we often have bowling nights, BBQ's and movie nights with beer and wine, but we respect each other space. We'd like another girl housemate to replace the one leaving and to keep the gender balance even.

Bills are approx £120 per month which covers: electricity, water, gas, council tax, tv license, virgin internet, TiVo, and a fortnightly cleaner.

There is parking available on the road but you will need to apply for a permit from the local council.

The room is available from the beginning of May. It is a private landlord but he will require a work reference and deposit of £450 prior to moving in.
