A beautiful, spacious room for rent in Kingston Upon Thames (the room is approximately 4. 5x4 metres).

The house is very light, modern and clean. It has a huge kitchen with lots of bench space, a lovely living room with two couches and a TV (I don't have a TV license but I have a DVD player). The furniture is all included, including a double bed and lots of cupboard space in the available room. There is only one bathroom but it is very clean and new.
There is a salon downstairs, the owner is lovely, her daughter is our landlord. The flat is an easy 10 minute walk to the train station and the town center. There is a nice pub across the road that does great food and they have an outdoor area which is a lovely place to sit when the sun's out.

I have unlimited broadband (£12. 50 a month each). Electricity and gas are about 36 pounds a month each.

I am 23, I'm from Australia, I moved to England in December. I am a full time high school English teacher so I'm at work all day weekdays and home on weekends.

I am looking for someone friendly and sociable to live with, I would love to eat dinner together, watch movies, go out on the weekends and chat after work. However I will also respect your privacy and give you your own space. I am a nice, welcoming person and I am clean and tidy.
