I have a double bedroom to rent out at £600 in a very large modern clean flat with balcony & all amenities incl high speed wifi, washing machine etc & all bills included. I am a live in landlord looking for decent responsible clean quiet lodgers who will treat the place as if their own and respect neighbours. I work long hours during the week so back late evenings unless I work from home. I respect other people's privacy and space and expect the same, that said also enjoy getting to know my lodgers and having a social now and then. Not looking for anyone who will want to bring friends back all the time or turn the place into a party pad. Ideally looking for someone private & respects other people's space. The flat is situated 4 minutes away from Norbiton railway station and 20 minutes walk from Kingston town centre. I am into my gym and chilling out evenings after a long day at work, open minded and like meeting interesting people.
