Beautiful Bright Double Room

Unfortunately- due to family reasons, I have to leave my beautiful flat and lovely housemate.

About the flat
Lovely, good sized flat in the centre of Hampton Wick, right opposite Bushey Park. The flat has its own parking space (which is never used, so it would be yours if you had a car) and I set in beautiful ground, which you can use for sunbathing and gatherings. There is also a balcony overlooking gardens for those of you who like al fresco dinning! There is a secret gate hidden at the back of the grounds (which we have keys for) that takes you straight to Hampton Wick station (it literally takes less than one min to get to platform one!) It also takles around 5mins to walk to Kingston/ river Thames.
The flat has a washing machine and TV, as well as Sky and Wifi (and a landline.)

The Room
The room on offer is the larger room of the two – and whilst I will be leaving most of my furniture behind (living room and kitchen stuff) I will not be able to leave my bed! I do have a large three door wardrobe and a matching (large) chest of draws – that I would be willing to leave behind for a fee (they match the room.) You could definitely fit a king-sized bed in the room if you wish!

Bills
The rent is £600 a month and does not include bills (which are around £130 max a month.) The rent does include the parking permit (unlimited use) and the maintenance fees.

The flatmate I am leaving behind!!
….is lovely, tidy keeps quiet during the week and away every other weekend.

You
You must be a professional and female (sorry guys) and obviously tidy. While we do enjoy going out, ideally I would be looking for someone who is more of a weekend partier!
