Hi there, we are looking for a kind friendly person to fulfil our four bedroom house. There are currently 3 other females living within the household who are kind, mature, friendly and tidy.

It is close to kingston university Phenryn road campus around a 5 minute walk, you have the town centre which is also local 5 minute walk as well as kingston train station. There is a K1 and K4 bus service outside the house too. House has a, lovely open plan kitchen leading onto a garden, and two bathrooms. The room includes single bed, desk, shelf, chest draws and cupboard. perfect for students or working professionals.

Rent is £500 and not including bills.

£75 bills per person, which includes GAS, ELECTRICITY, WIFI, WATER and TV LICENCE.

the rent and the payment for bills has to be payed before moving into the property!

£150 security diposit should be payed before moving in, and would be returned in Full at end of the Sub tenancy unless any damages are caused to the property
