Female only single room in an amazing location!

Large single room located at a 10 minute walk to both Kingston and Norbiton stations and less than 15 minutes walk into Kingston town centre. It has great transport links with a bus station located nearby and direct trains into London Waterloo every 15 minutes, which take less than half an hour.

The flat is situated in a very quiet, peaceful area, with communal gardens out front and across the road from a supermarket. We also have off-street parking. The room includes a single bed, a chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk and looks out onto the communal gardens. It is large enough to fit a double bed if you would like to put one in.

We are an all-female flatshare and you would be sharing with two other girls in our mid-twenties. We are extremly friendly and considerate and often spend time chatting or eating together when we are at home at the same time. There is no living room, but we have a fold-out dining table in the hallway and a nice kitchen.

£330 per month plus bills (approximately £100 per month). Bills include council tax, broadband, gas, electricity and water. No students please. The deposit is £450 plus the first month's rent in advance.
