Situated in an excellent location a 15-minute walk to either Surbiton or Kingston railway stations that both have excellent train services to central London Waterloo. The rest of the house is fully furnished with all appliances etc, but the double room comes unfurnished. You will be living with two sisters who are both young working professionals. We are ideally looking for a young professional( who must love cats ☺) who would like to live in a clean and peaceful environment. who must love cats ☺ We are both vegetarian and would ideally like someone shares the same philoshopy. We are both friendly outgoing people who enjoy socialising, but are also respectful of each others space. The house has 3 bedrooms with a small living room and kitchen a bath and shower .we also have a lovely garden where we are growing our own organic vegetables. Permits can be purchased for on street parking. The house is situated in a relatively quiet, friendly residential neighbourhood of family and working professionals.
The rent is £368pcm payable on 6th of each month, no bills are included but this generally amounts to an extra £100 a month. To initially move in the first months rent is needed plus a deposit of £647. 50 and a guarantor, this is all managed by green fields estate agents in Surbiton/Tolworth who will charge an agency fee of roughly £120 to change over the contracts.
