Situated in a quiet residential part of Kingston, ten minutes away from the main town centre/market place and in between two main line train stations (Kingston/Surbiton) with the Surbiton express taking only 17 minutes to reach Waterloo and from there links to the city and west end etc....
Included in the rent are all utility bills, Water Rates, Electricity and Gas, as well as Council tax, TV Licence and Wireless Internet, with unlimited downloading.
The kitchen is equipped with all the usual mod cons you would expect to find including washing machine and tumble dryer.
The bathroom has both a bath and shower installed.
Required upon moving in is four weeks rent and the last four weeks, which will cover the minimum four week’s notice I require upon leaving. Lastly NO Contract or Deposit required due to my owning and living in the property.
