Double room available in 3 bed flat in Kingston

We have stated that the room will be available from 1 April 2015 but the exact date depends on when the current tenant moves out. We will update the move-in date when it is confirmed by the tenant who will be moving out but please speak to us regarding this in the mean time.

The room measures approximately 4m x 3. 3m, is for one person and has a double bed, built-in wardrobe unit and mirror.

The flat is furnished and has a large lounge with a dining area, a bathroom with a bath and electric shower, hallway, three bedrooms, a kitchen and a garage. There is also a small cupboard used for extra storage by all three tenants. Also, a new gas central heating system was installed in 2012.

The flat is situated on a quiet, safe road and has a communal garden. Kingston and Surbiton are a 10-minute walk away and both have plenty of shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, coffee shops, pubs and bars and supermarkets. Kingston also has a large cinema.

Kingston and Surbiton both have train stations within a 10-minute walk from the flat with trains running frequently to/from London Waterloo, Surrey and Middlesex. Surbiton is a mainline train station and is a 20-minute train journey to London Waterloo. The nearest bus stop is less than a 1-minute walk away and it is well served by bus routes running from Kingston to the surrounding area.
