Student wanted for a room in a shared house in Kingston. It's a nice sized room within a shared house of girls. So, in this case - a female tenant is preferred.
The room comes furnished and currently has a single bed which the landlord is happen to switch to a double if you'd prefer! It's within walking distance of Kingston Town Centre, and just 5 minutes from the University and Kingston College.
The house already has a TV License and Internet set up, however current tenancy taking over would have to pay for the TV license from the date I would move out.
The room is £500 rent and bills on top, which is around £50 per month depending on usage.
The initial deposit is £675, and references will be taken by the landlord.
