Big room up for grabs :)

I am moving out and I am looking for someone to fill my room. It is a newly refurbished 1st floor flat right in the centre of Kingston. The room is a huge double that gets a lot of light during the day. The room is unfurnished but has new blinds and carpets. It is available from 20th Feb 2017.

It doesn't have a living room although it has a lovely, big open plan kitchen. There is a nice big balcony which is great in the summer. The flat has a touch censored stove, amazing wooden top counters, a new fridge, freezer and a washing machine tucked away in a small laundry room. We have a newly fitted bathroom with a modern shower and great pressure.

It's about a 2 minute walk to the shops and the train/bus stations and about a 5 minute walk down to the river. We have a choice of 5 different gyms all within a 5 minute walk.

Bills aren't included and we are in council tax band C. Bills usually come to about £90 each a month (wifi, gas, electric, council tax). We don't pay for water as the landlord covers this.

You'd be living with one other 25 year old girl that works in fashion.

The pictures are from when we had just moved so the bedroom isn't very neat but it does look more like a tidy home now :)
