2 doubles with a bathroom each in central Kingston

I have a large ensuite double room (795 per month) and a second double (730 per month) with exclusive use of the second bathroom in a big 88 square metre apartment in a quiet modern development just 5 minutes walk from Kingston Station (30 mins to Waterloo) and town centre.

I am looking for two sharing professionals, one for each room. Either you already know each other, or want to buddy up under the Spareroom system, or the first taker for one of these rooms will help me to select a second suitable occupant (including gender) for room number 2.

Each room would be strictly for SINGLE occupancy only.
(I could also consider a professional couple to take the whole flat for 1525 per month, but the spare room could not be sub-let, because I want to keep maximum occupancy at 2).

The flat will be mainly furnished (each bedroom has built in wardrobes) but each tenant will need to buy their own mattress. However the damages deposit will be very low.

Bills are not included in the rent. You should probably budget an additional £150 per month to include them all.

The kitchen has the usual appliances. The flat has gas central heating throughout and is decorated to a good standard. The block was built in 1999 and does not suffer from any damp or mould problems. It has a balcony and also a communal garden for the summer.

There is one parking space for the flat.

The rooms will be available from the 9th December.

Unfortunately, the management company for the block does not allow pets.
