Without incuding bills will be cheaper rent.

We take finding the right tenants very seriously so we choose people depending on whether we believe all housemates will get on to ensure renting a room to be enjoyable experience.
Strictly no couples, DHSS, pets allowed to ensure fairness to all tenants.
