The share is a large refurbished detached house shared by young professionals only. Mixed m/f and aged 21-37. There's loads of communal space inc a huge lounge / dining room, laundry room, large kitchen and two bathrooms (two bedrooms have en-suites so only two need share a bathroom).

It's located between Woking and Guildford. It is kept clean & tidy as there's a weekly cleaner and gardener included.

There's wireless broadband access included. Non - smoking house. Off road parking.
