Large Single Room To Rent - Knaphill High Street

I'm advertising this single room in this large semi detached house on Knaphill High street. I'm moving out because I'm getting married in July so myself and my fiancée are looking to get a place of our own in June.

The room is a fairly large single room. Plenty of room for a desk etc but it'd probably be a bit of a squeeze for a double bed. Also the room is fully furnished, including bed, wardrobe, draws and bookshelf.

There is a very large lounge, kitchen, dining room and conservatory which is shared with the other two guys and there is a bathroom that would be shared with yourself and one other person as Fraser on the top floor has an en-suite. There is also a very nice garden which is perfect for BBQ's in the summer.

The two other guys who live here are super great, very friendly and easy going. Also one is a very good chef so you'll get good food!

Rent includes all bills (inc. Sky and Broadband)
