A quiet house with a friendly married couple in their early 30's and our 7 year old chocolate Labrador. Access to shared large kitchen with your own fridge and cupboard and use of washing machine. Whilst being a very welcome member of the house the lounge and garden are not a shared space, but as suggested above the room for rent is notably large and big enough to act as a lounge, office etc.

Parking available on drive.

The centre of Woking/ Woking Station is 2. 9 miles away. Brookwood Station is 1. 6 miles away. There are good local bus routes which get you into Woking in about 15 mins.

We are expecting a baby at the end of June and we are planning to continue to rent the room out when the baby comes so if you are planning on staying longer than 3 months, there will be an addition to the household from July!
