Off street parking. IT'S ESSENTIAL TO HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT HERE. There is also a lockable shed to stow away a push bike.

Use of dining room; small, well-equipped kitchen (with microwave, electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge freeze); downstairs WC and upstairs shared bathroom. There is also BT Infinity wifi broadband.

The household currently consists of me (live-in landlord) and my two lovely dogs and usually another lodger. It's a professional household - friendly but independent.

All the utility bills, except phone calls, are included in the monthly rent.

The ideal house sharer will like the quiet location and be considerate. Minimum let is 3 months. References and ID are always required. PLEASE NOTE: THIS ACCOMMODATION IS FOR MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY. Ideal for a professional business person returning to their own home each weekend.

Situated only 2. 5 miles from Leatherhead town centre/railway station, 3 miles from KBR/CGI etc. The nearest shops/pubs/restaurants are one mile away in Fetcham and 1.5 to Bookham.
