King Size Double Bedroom

This is a Monday to Friday only let for a professional in very central Leatherhead. The room is available from 7th April. Short term lets are possible, a minimum of 3 months stay is required.

We are an easy going family (2 adults, 2 kids) living in central Leatherhead, a minute from Waitrose etc. We live in an imposing 5 bedroom Victorian house based over three floors. The top floor has two double rooms and a bathroom. Currently we have one lodger who has lived with us for nearly seven years who occupies one of the rooms on a M-F basis.

The room has a double bed, small fridge, toaster, kettle, iron and micro-wave/convection oven/grill.

We are roughly 7 mins walk from the station, and very close to Sainsburys, new Waitrose, theatre etc.

We have a house rabbit, and while she doesn't venture outside of the kitchen area, if you have allergies this may not be the place for you.

Bedlinen is laundered every two weeks, towels etc. provided. The room is cleaned every two weeks. Smoking not allowed. Plenty of room for undercover bike storage but no car parking on site, though there is no problem parking in neighbouring roads. Use of the washing machine, all bills and wifi included.

Professionals only, if you have a CRB check so much the better, but not essential. References will be taken.
