Room includes TV and use of wireless broadband internet. Double glazed windows and central heating. Shared use of kitchen and dining room. Kitchen has AGA cooker and usual kitchen fittings. There is a garden to the rear with patio furniture.

House is shared with myself and my girlfriend and our two small dogs.

The house is very clean and recenly renovated in a quiet residential road on the old side of town with the church at the foot of the road. It is 5 mins walk from the town centre and 7 mins from the station. It's a 3 min drive to the M25. Trains go every 20 mins to Waterloo and every 30 mins to Victoria. All via Epsom and Clapham Junction.

Parking is always available just a minutes walk away up the road.
