Double bedroom in leafy location

Double bedroom in a detached cottage next to owner’s house, set in a quiet semi-rural location, but within easy access to shops, restaurants, bus and rail links.

Ideally a Mon-Fri let but can consider weekly/monthly lets or short stays. A weekly clean and linen change can be provided at extra cost. Free Wi-Fi, and all utility bills are included. Full security deposit required for stays of one month or more otherwise a deposit of £120. 00 is required.

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside drawers and lamps, double wardrobe, digital Freeview TV. A shared shower room, wc and basin is adjacent. Towels and bed linen are also included. Use of the well equipped kitchen with dining table, TV, all the usual appliances, gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, utility room with washing machine, use of outside dryer in good weather, tumble dryer in poor weather. Gas Central heating. Access to a private courtyard garden with table and chairs and use of a bicycle.

You may be sharing the cottage with one other who has use of the cottage bed/sitting room down the corridor.

The main house consists of me (live-in landlady) and my family and our three dogs, one cat, twelve chickens laying fresh eggs daily.

Located approx. 2. 5 miles from Leatherhead TC and station (10 mins drive) with direct line to London (approx. 45 mins). Bookham station, also serves London is approx. 1 mile/20 mins walk.

A good selection of shops are available locally, including supermarkets, traditional high street shops, take aways, pubs, restaurants in both Fetcham, 1 mile and Bookham, 1. 5 miles. There is also almost immediate access to 100's of acres of National Trust woodland.

A car is recommended, parking is available on the shared driveway. It's also possible to walk approx. 20 mins to Bookham station and the nearby buses serve the Epsom - Guildford routes.
