The house is a large detached property with a number of double bedrooms, one of which is available to rent. I live in the house and my 2 (teenage) kids live with me part of the time. Occasionally we have other guests. It can be quiet at times, and there is plenty of space so we wouldn't need to be in each other's pockets.
Use of broadband and local / national / some international telephone calls is included, and you would have near exclusive access to a sky HD box (though I do need to get a TV for it as one TV has gone with the ex).
