Small Double in flat 5 mins walk from station

I have just moved in to a 2 bed flat in Leatherhead, just half a mile from the M25. There is no allocated parking for the flat but there is street parking available. There is also a good sized communal garden which is shared between the 4 flats. The flat has got a good sized living area and kitchen and is within a 5 minute walk of Leatherhead train station which has regular services to London Waterloo, London Victoria, adorning and Guildlford. It is also less than 10 minutes walk from the town centre with shops, pubs and restaurants.

I'm looking to rent the spare room to someone Mon-Fri but would also consider renting it for the whole week as well for £500pcm. The room is a small double but has a good sized wardrobe and plenty of space under the bed for storage. There's also other storage space in the flat that I can make available if needed, I usually spend my evenings going to the gym or seeing friends, and at the weekends am often out and about. I'm fairly easy going and would want a lodger to feel at home in my flat and be able to relax.
