House share in a great lovely house
I have decided to rent a room in my house, its near broketts farm, so 8 mins from leatherhead station & in bookham on the letherhead road.
The room is a double room with en-suite the house was built 3 years ago by Shanly homes so all mod con & working shower with great pressure.
I have two kids, 16 & 19 who do not live with me but sometimes at weekends but uni and there friends often means there are not here.
I have a small dog included in the pictures, he is good fun and does not malt? (spello)
