The two rooms (bedroom with own living room) are situated on the downstairs of the house just off the main shared living area. You would have use of downstairs bathroom plus an upstairs bathroom with bath and shower.

It is a large (4-5 bed) family house - I am a professional and work full time and I also have two kids who live with me part time. I also have one other female lodger.

Would suit a female professional.
