This property is 15 minutes walk from Lingfield station (For Victoria , London Bridge, East Croydon, East Grinstead. 20 minutes drive to Gatwick, 10 minutes drive to M25 Jn6(Godstone) and to East Grinstead.

Lingfield is a lovely village with a famous racecourse, a Marriott hotel and plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. Situated in countryside with plenty of walking, horse riding, and cycling opportunities.
