Monday to Friday rent
Here are the basics. This is a monday to friday let only (possibility sunday evening to thursday as convenient).
The room is available from now, minimum 2 months stay required.
We live in a detached house over 2 floors. The ground one is a double bedroom and bathroom ( not en-suite).
We are around 7 minutes drive from Effingham junction, 10 minutes to leather head.
Your room will be cleaned once a week, and when you want your bedlinen cleaned, please leave it in the ground floor bathroom on friday so that it can be laundered over the week-end.
Smoking allowed outside.
The kitchen is available for use at agreed time. Parking space included in a price, and wifi/bills, washing machine as well.
Professionals only, if you have a CRB check or references will be taken but not essential. Could reduce the price for the right lodger.
