You will not be sharing rooms in the annex with the live in Landlords.
There are no other guests in the house

Own parking space on large drive.
Use of garden and patio..

Includes all bills, TV, BT Infinity.
Two miles to the nearest station, bus one mile therefore you will need a car.
Monday night to Friday £600.00 PCM

It will not be possible to rent this Annex 7 days a week or use it as your main address.
