Single room with own bathroom available to rent on a short term basis for up to three months. It's available to females only.

My flat is in Merrow and set within gorgeous grounds with off road parking. It's within walking distance of local shops in Merrow and on the bus route into Guildford town centre. There is unlimited wifi and all bills are included.

I enjoy the arts and am often out visiting arts events. When home I tend to read and spend far too much time watching TV! I tend to socialise out of home and don't have people around, apart from family, that often. I'm quiet, not into partying and looking to rent to someone similar. I'm only looking to rent the room for the short term so it will not suit someone looking for a long term home.
