The house is in Mitcham within easy travelling distance to Central London, Sutton, Croydon, Tooting, Colliers Wood, Balham, Clapham, Wallington, Carshalton, Wimbledon, Victoria, Vauxhall etc.

The fully furnished rooms are the second and the third bedrooms of an extended end of terrace home in a quiet and secure cul-de-sac. It currently has a single bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk with an adjustable chair. Kitchen, garden and bathroom will be shared. There is free parking space for your car.

The location is surrounded by Common and a golf course. It is within 5 minutes walk to the leisure centre, buses and Mitcham Junction train and tram station.
