Hi,
We have a lovely 3 bedroom house and looking to rent our very spacious Single room out to professionals or student.

Rent is inclusive of all bills and wireless internet. The room has a TV and DVD player with brand new furniture in the room(less than a year)
Must be pet lovers as we have a 4yr old Labrador, he is trained and is no bother.( also not let upstairs to where the bedrooms are)

Our home is a 7 min walk to Mitcham Eastfields train station, where you can catch trains to London Victoria, Clapham Junction in 15mins, KingsCross and many other stations. 10min walk to Mitcham town for all main route buses to Wimbledon/Tooting/Sutton or Croydon.

About us we are a family of 3, my husband, me and my 10 month old. We also like our privacy and respect others. We would like someone that is respectful and tidy, as this is our home and would like you to treat as yours.
