Positioned more in North Mitcham - The property sits in a complex on a quite close, within a block of apartments.

Closest high street is Morden high street across the green in Morden- hall park.
Alternatively take a 15 minute stroll to Collier's wood high street and station-and high street via a walk towards Abbey Mills

The House benefits from the partial relaxing green lush surround for location but also 10 minutes from Morden High Street Making it great value.

Accommodation is perfect for those who need the tram or and Northern line tube...

The tandem centre and Merton Abby Mills is pleasant 20 minute riverside walk away. It has many shops and restaurants.

Bus 200 runs to Mitcham Wimbledon and collier's wood station.
