CURRENT HOUSEMATES

We are two females (30 and 35 years old) and have a well-behaved Jack Russell. We work in education and design. We enjoy going to our local fitness centre and cosy nights in. We also respect each other’s personal space to recharge from our busy professional lives. We keep the house clean and would prefer someone that is like-mindedly neat.

ABOUT THE HOUSE & FACILITIES

This is a very clean, bright and spacious town house, with a bathroom, 2 toilets, a very big garden, open plan kitchen and living room, free on the road parking space.

The kitchen comprises of a hob, oven, microwave, large 8 kg washing machine, American style double door fridge freezer (ideal for shared household). The house is always kept spotless and tidy by all housemates.

LOCATION AND AMENITIES

8 minute walk to closest station Mitcham Eastfields (zone 3). One stop from Balham, 2 stops from Clapham Junction. You can easily and efficiently access central London, for example it takes 19 minutes to Victoria (3 stops).

10 minute walk to Mitcham town centre.

Several bus links (118, 264, 355 etc) just few minutes walking distance from the house going towards Tooting, Clapham, Brixton, Croydon, Sutton, Wimbledon and any other surrounding areas.
