En Suite double room to rent near Mitcham Tram Sta

Hi all!

I'd like to share my 2 bed 2 bath flat in a beautiful part of SW London.
I'm a mid 30's pastry chef with 2 small and too friendly dogs so life with us is pretty sweet and funny:-)
The available room is the master bedroom with its own bathroom.
The bedroom is simply furnished and decorated but you can give that personal touch to it.

About the flat:

well, to be honest this is a place what you would never expect from Mitcham.
We're in the middle of the Watermeads Nature Reserve with the River Wandle running underneath the balcony. It's a gated property so parking is free and safe, you only (sometimes) have to share your parking space with few wild ducks and the geese who also like to use the driveway to walk up and down with their the families.
It's a bit of countryside 10 minutes away from Wimbledon and Morden tubes at the Mitcham Tram stop.

Your half from the rent would be £550+bills, which comes to an extra £100-120/ month depending on how much electricity we use. So the full rent would be somewhere around £650-670.

I'd like to share the flat with a reliable, laid back, dog lover flatmate who likes having some chat while sitting in the living room, watching DVDs or enjoying my famous cakes:-)
I don't mind age, gender, sexual orientation I'd only like to find a cool person who sometimes would join us for a walk or cooking.

If you think living with us could be fun and would like to pop over just let me know, I usually have some spare cake in the fridge ;-)
